Since taking on the role of CEO of Orange Wholesale in April 2023, Michaël Trabbia has accelerated the transformation of one of the world's largest wholesale connectivity providers. In 2025, under his leadership, Orange Wholesale achieved a revenue of €5.7 billion, with 1,500 clients across five continents, representing nearly 1.5 billion users.

Among his major achievements in 2025, Michaël led several significant innovations:

• Launch of a direct satellite messaging service, Satellite Message, in France, a European first, developed by Orange Wholesale's Satellite Factory.
• Unveiling of 5G Core Network-as-a-Service as part of the Click NaaS platform, enabling MVNOs without a core network to provide 5G coverage in just minutes. A global first for a Tier-1 wholesaler.
• Commissioning of the Via Tunisia cable system, part of the Medusa system, connecting Marseille to Bizerte, along with the ordering of two new cable ships for Orange Marine, strengthening the most modern fleet in the sector.
