Expanding the business globally made easier through Orange A2P SMS Solution

A world class carrier with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, ComputerTel, Inc (powered by Mexican partner Directo Telecom) has chosen Orange Wholesale International to provide an A2P SMS solution to contribute to their mission to provide innovative telephony and messaging solutions.

With over 200 interconnections and 3,500 million minutes per year, ComputerTel, Inc’s voice service is well known in the North American and Latin American Regions (NAM & LATAM). The company specializes in telephony solutions for the call center industry and the financial sector. They are now seeking to achieve the same, if not more, success with their SMS solution launched 2 years ago. Orange’s A2P SMS solution, which provides access to Orange 220 destinations, takes the company one step closer to achieving this goal.

Growing the business internationally

ComputerTel, Inc has already developed a successful messaging service through their secure dialling platform which abides by the regulations applicable to telecommunications operators in Mexico, thereby guaranteeing delivery effectiveness. The company has direct connections with different countries in the LATAM region such as Brazil and Argentina where volumes of SMS sent are already significant, with over 500k and 300k SMS per day respectively. Other countries include Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Panama, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
