Michaël Trabbia - CEO of Orange Wholesale

Michaël Trabbia, born in 1976, has been Chief Executive Officer of Orange Wholesale since April 2023. He held various leadership positions in the digital and telecom industries. He began his career at Arcep in 2001, taking charge notably of the allocation and control of mobile licenses. In 2004, he was appointed technical advisor to the office of the Minister for European Affairs, before joining the office of the Minister for Regional Planning in 2005 as technical advisor for ICT and Europe. In 2007, he joined TDF (a network and infrastructure operator in France), where he served as Director of Strategy and Development. In July 2009, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff to the Minister for Industry and Head of the Industrial Sectors Division. He joined the Orange group in January 2011. He first held the position of Group Director of Public Affairs, before being appointed Director reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orange, Secretary to the Group’s Executive Committee, in July 2014. In September 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Orange Belgium and helped the company to achieve a growth dynamic thanks to customer-centric Bold Challenger positioning. He joined the Orange Group Executive Committee in September 2020 as Executive Vice President, Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, before being appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer of Orange Wholesale from April 2023. He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech and holds a post-graduate diploma in Industrial Economics.

Emmanuel Rochas – CEO of Orange Wholesale International

Emmanuel is responsible for managing international connectivity and transmission for wholesale services Roaming; Messaging; Voice; Bandwidth; IP and Content Distribution; Security and Anti-Fraud. He brings to the role rich experience and expertise gained from previous positions within the Orange Group and from working for the French government. After joining Orange in 2006, Emmanuel Rochas held various posts of responsibility. He was Head of Group Strategy from 2010–2014 and he later oversaw the deployment and maintenance of the Orange mobile and fixed networks at regional level. Emmanuel Rochas participated previously in the creation of the Home line of business where he was responsible for business modelling and business performance. Emmanuel Rochas is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and of Telecom ParisTech.
