Jean-Louis Le Roux has over twenty years of experience within Orange with a series of technical leadership roles in innovation and international technical organizations.
Since March 2023, Jean-Louis heads Orange International Networks Infrastructures & Services which is the technical organization serving the Orange Group internationally. Born in 1977, he holds a Master degree in Telecom Engineering from IMT Atlantic School – Telecom Bretagne (2000). He is also graduated from IHEDN (Institut des Hautes études de la Défense Nationale) in 2008. He is the proud and dedicated father of 4 children.

Franck has been appointed in August 2023, as SVP Marketing & Business Development for Orange Wholesale International. In this role Franck oversees developing and managing the full product portfolio from building infrastructures, delivering Bandwidth and IP Services, as well as Voice, Messaging and Roaming Services.
Franck Morales’s 38 years in the industry have centered on the product and marketing, Network Infrastructures and managing strategic industry partnerships, giving him extensive knowledge of the global telecom ecosystem. Franck is also MEF Board Director.
